§ 2-52. Expenditure of funds by the mayor for routine city business authorized.

The mayor is hereby authorized to approve expenditures of up to $5,000.00 per day for the purchase of materials and equipment, and for expenditures of labor needed for the routine operations of the city. The mayor shall have the authority to authorize up to $10,000.00 for emergency repairs or services to keep city equipment, sewer, gas and waters systems in good working order for the health and welfare of the citizens.
