Chapter 20. MUNICIPAL COURT

§ 20-2. Fee for municipal court technology fund.

Latest version.

Any defendant convicted for a misdemeanor shall pay a $4.00 technology fee as a cost of court, to be placed into a special fund designated as "Municipal Court Technology Fund" to be used only for the purchase of those commodities permitted by applicable law.
